Anxiety is ruthless. What starts out feeling like a helpful coping mechanism eventually turns into something that can overtake your entire life. Anxiety is helpful in moderation, however, for those with anxiety disorders there is no such thing as moderation. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, OCD, and BFRB's as a solitary diagnosis and as part of a co-morbid struggle. I have experience working with co-morbid eating disorders as they can present alongside an anxiety disorder.

I specialize in treating all types of OCD, social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, trichotillomania (hair pulling), dermatillomania (skin picking), body dysmorphic disorder, specific phobias, agoraphobia, and panic disorder. There is hope in living a life apart from these struggles!

I utilize the gold standard treatment method for OCD and anxiety disorders, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). This is a type of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which is empirically researched based. We will also utilize mindfulness techniques. I favor a straightforward approach to treatment because you don't have time to waste!

Life Without Anxiety LLC's mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care on an as-needed or preventative basis.
